This floor features a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area ideal for shared meals. Two private bedrooms on this level each have their own bathroom, making it a great setup for couples or guests who prefer fewer stairs. Step out onto the upper deck to enjoy coffee in the morning or sunset views over the water. Downstairs, a second living room with another wood-burning fireplace creates a relaxed space for kids, games, or movie nights. This level includes three additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
